The Integrative Lifestyle Nutrition Protocol is a guide to incorporating high-vibrational, nutrient-rich foods that are naturally enzymatic and promote pH balance.

  • High enzyme content is vital because enzymes are the molecular keys to unlock and assimilate nutrients.
  • Foods that have a naturally alkaline effect help to balance or offset the acidity that stress or environmental toxicity can have on the body.
  • Always remember to choose non-GMO, organic, and locally sourced whenever possible!

To honor each person’s unique bio-individuality, two lists of high enzyme foods have been compiled: plant-based and omnivore. The optimal nutrition protocol can shift over time. These lists have been developed as a result of many years of clinical experience from various healthcare practitioners and natural healers. The original “super enzyme food” list was introduced to this country by Jonathan Wolf, a gifted nutritionist and natural healer, who dedicated his life to exploring the healing effects of food and herbs.

The Plant-based Diet is the ideal nutrition protocol and highly recommended, however, the transition to a 100% plant-based diet may need to be achieved over time in degrees that are harmonious with the individual’s current state of health.

Omnivore Diet Nutrition Protocol Download

The Omnivore Diet is an excellent transition from the Modern American Diet and includes animal protein sources that are high in digestive enzymes and bioavailable nutrients. Some individuals require a certain amount of animal protein in their diet to support their healing process. It is strongly recommended to seek ethically sourced animal products and incorporate 3-4 vegetarian or vegan “spacer” days throughout the week. At least 80% of the omnivore diet should consist of plant-based food sources, with 10% dairy/eggs, and 10% fish and meat.
